Refund Policy

Generally, visa fees are non-refundable, even if your application is denied. The fee covers processing costs and is not dependent on the outcome of the application. However, the service fee will be refunded in case you send a refund request within 3 hours counting from the moment you submit the visa application. 

In case you cancel your visa application, the reimbursement sum will be calculated according to the cancellation policy and the corresponding refund will be returned to the individual or business who made the payment. Please be aware that the reimbursement procedure might require 2 to 4 weeks due to banking protocols. Should the refund be directed to either a credit card account or a bank account, any applicable bank fees will be deducted from the refund total.
